At Evva, we're confident you'll love how our superblends makes you feel, but we understand they may not be for everyone. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers trying Evva.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
If you're not happy with your experience, you may request a refund within 30 days from the day your product arrives at your door. To be eligible:
- You must be a first-time customer, limit one refund per household
- The guarantee applies to one pouch of each product in your order
- If your order contains multiple pouches of the same product, the guarantee applies to one pouch only, regardless of quantity ordered
- The guarantee applies only to your initial order and does not apply to subsequent orders or subscription renewals
- Shipping, handling, and admin costs are non-refundable
How to Claim Your Refund
- Email us at hello@drinkevva.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your name, order number, shipping address and your reason for requesting a refund.
- We'll assess your refund request and if approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- This guarantee applies to orders placed on or after 20 May 2026 and is not available to customers who purchased prior to this date
- This guarantee is only valid for purchases made on www.drinkevva.com
- We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals or subsequent purchases
- The guarantee does not apply to purchases made via retail stores, Amazon, or third-party sellers
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are approved at the sole discretion of Evva. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, part of a coordinated or repeated pattern of claims, or otherwise made in bad faith or as part of a malicious attempt to exploit this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
Customs & International Orders
Please ensure your country allows the import of supplements before ordering. If your package is refused, delayed, or returned due to customs or import regulations, we cannot offer a refund.
Orders abandoned or rejected by the customer, courier, or customs for any reason will not be refunded.
