Shipping and Delivery

At Evva our priority is a delivery experience that feels smooth, fast and dependable.

We aim to process and dispatch all weekday orders within 24 hours. Our logistics partners are selected for their reliability and global reach so your order arrives quickly and safely.

How We Process Your Order

Once your order is placed it is sent to our distribution team for processing. This may take up to 24 hours and operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm are processed the following business day. During promotional periods please allow additional time for dispatch.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend the delivery address.

Delivery Partners

New Zealand
All New Zealand orders are shipped via tracked courier from our local warehouse.

International Deliveries
All orders shipped outside New Zealand are sent via tracked FedEx courier from our international distribution warehouse.

You will receive a tracking number the moment your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Processing time is 24 hours Monday to Friday. Transit times vary by region and are estimates only. International deliveries typically arrive within 4 to 10 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Evva cannot be held liable for delays caused by third party couriers or customs agencies.

If you are concerned about your parcel location please contact FedEx directly with your tracking number.

Global Shipping

We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout then shipping is not available to your location at this time.

Customs, Duties and Fees

International orders may incur taxes, duties or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges must be paid by the purchaser. Evva is not responsible for these fees and cannot offer refunds for orders where duties or taxes remain unpaid.

Please check with your local customs office for guidance before placing an order.

Returned Parcels

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel or collect it if a card to call is issued. For international orders outside New Zealand, we cannot resend returned parcels free of charge. A new shipping fee will apply if the parcel is returned to us due to non collection or incorrect address details.
